1. Do you take returns or exchanges?
Moms + Babes purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes or box items. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Which box is best for me?
Once signed up, your box will auto-renew every three months based on delivery schedule. The infant box is best for children under 2, the toddler box is best for children 2-4 and the mom box is for mom's with kids over 4.
3. I have multiple kids, what box should I get?
We would suggest getting multiple subscriptions and give the extra mom items to a friend or relative for their next birthday!
4. Do I choose a gender for the box?
Nope! Each box is gender neutral so no need to choose between girl and boy.
5. Can I change my box type?
Yes! At any point you can login to change your box subscription.
6. Cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any point within 30 days of billing period for the upcoming box.
7. How does the subscription work?
A curated collection of at least six full-size, premium products delivered straight to you and your babe 4x per year. If you select our toddler or infant specific box, you and your babe will get full size products each to open together and enjoy. If you are choosing our MOM box then you will receive a full box of products filled with items we hand pick for you. Four times a year, you will be sent a new box! Each box is limited edition and contains $150+ in retail value. Boxes are shipped in March, June, September, and December.**
8. Can I buy just one box?
Yes of course! The Moms + Babes box is the perfect gift for a baby shower, new mom. Or you can buy the box for yourself to see if you'd like to subscribe to future.
9. When will my box ship?
If you sign up within the bill window, you'll receive the next box.
If you're signed up as a subscriber, you can expect your box within the below windows.
If you are new subscriber or buying a one-time box AFTER the season box has launched, we batch orders bi-monthly. Once item is batched, it will take 3-8 business days to ship. Please keep this in mind if ordering a gift. If the order is time sensitive, we suggest purchasing a gift card. Thanks for your patience!

10. Will I pay for shipping?
Shipping is included within the US and takes 3-8 business days once the order has been batched. International shipping is available at a $20 flat rate.

13. Why isn't my gift card code working?
Gift card codes can only be applied to one-time purchases. Make sure you are selecting a single box and not a subscription for your gift card code to be applied properly. If you fall in love with the box you receive, then it's time to purchase a subscription.
