Refunds 
Our aim is that every Mom & Babe is simply thrilled with their Moms & Babes Box order!  If your order isn't perfect- we'd love to opportunity to make it right!
We offer refund and/or exchange for damaged or defective products within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The item must be damaged or defective.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Conditions

Moms & Babes Box will replace or refund items within 30 days of purchase if they are received defective or damaged following a return of the item.

Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds or exchanges
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
Please email info@momsandbabesbox.com with order number and the email address of the original customer.  You'll receive details for shipping your returned item.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Exchange items will be shipped following receipt of the returned product.  If refund is requested, we will email you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund following receipt of the returned product.

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
